You can reach the Garching Research Center with the subway line U6 (stop "Garching Forschungszentrum"), the bus lines 230 and 690 as well as via the highway A9 (exit "Garching Nord") and the federal highway 11 (B11). The TUM Technical Center for White Biotechnology is located on the north side of the Department of Chemistry.

You can reach the Garching Research Center via the A 9 freeway. Leave the freeway at the "Garching Nord" exit and then follow the signs to the research center.

Alternatively, you can reach the Garching Research Center via federal highway 11 (B11).

From the city center (e.g. Marienplatz stop), you can reach the Garching Research Center by taking the U6 subway in the direction of Garching Forschungszentrum (final stop). Coming from the north (e.g. Freising Bahnhof or Munich Airport), take the S-Bahn S1 in the direction of Neufahrn and then change to the 690 bus.

From Munich Airport, you can reach the Garching Research Center via the A 92 (direction Munich). Then pass the Neufahrn interchange in the direction of Munich (A9) and leave the highway at the "Garching Nord" exit.

Alternatively, you can reach the Garching Research Center via federal highway 11 (B11). From the airport, please also use the A 92 and take the "Freising Süd" exit in the direction of Munich until you reach the Garching Research Center.
