Research Data
High-quality data is a key requirement for successful research within the energy domain. Future control systems cannot be realized without granular data, which is necessary to forecast future system states, to carry out optimizations, and to reliably test energy management algorithms. Finding and accessing energy data is typically time-consuming and tedious. Our project Energy Data Lab aims to provide an infrastructure to support researchers in acquiring and working with energy data and models, such that energy research and thus, the energy transition, can be speed up significantly. Within this projects, we created an open data collection, where researchers can find high-quality data quickly. To facilitate working with the data, we additionally provide Jupyter Notebooks, where we explore and analyse the data. Check out our Open Data Collection!
