Registration for Professor Heldwein's Student Seminar
The HLU student seminar is a meeting in which students present the results achieved during their projects such as master or bachelor theses, research and industry internships as well as scientific seminar work. The HLU student seminar usually takes place every Friday.
There will be NO seminar on the following Fridays:
November 2024: 22. January 2025: 17. February 2025: 07., 28.
Location: Room: 3999, Seminarraum (0509.04.999)
Every student supervised by Professor Heldwein or one of his assistants should at least do one presentation in the student seminar in the frame of their project at HLU.
Bachelor/Master thesis students have to give two presentations during the course of the thesis: an intermediate presentation (15 minutes) and a final presentation (15 minutes). Participants are asked to adhere to the specified presentation duration. It is up to the student and their supervisor to decide when to present. The intermediate presentation offers the opportunity to discuss the project aims, the results achieved so far as well as the forthcoming steps.
All other students are required to do only a final presentation.
