The European biomass conference and exhibition (EUBCE) is the world's largest conference on the treatment, conversion and use of biomass. The 26th edition took place from 14 to 17 May 2018 in Copenhagen, Denmark, where 3169 authors and co-authors presented the latest findings from research, development and implementation in over 800 presentations.
The Chair of Renewable Energy Systems was also present and used this opportunity for networking, information and knowledge exchange. The staff of the professorship also presented their own results on the following three topics:
- Alt, B.; Gaderer, M.; Method to monitor the function of electrostatic precipitators in biomass combustion plants by capturing the operation parameters
- Koch, K.; Gaderer, M.; Intelligent controlling of power driven solid biomass CHP plants in flexible district heating with a seasonal heat storage and a power-to-heat component
- Waldmüller, W., Gaderer, M.; Improving energetic and material efficiency by Hydrothermal Carbonisation of sewage sludge; a parametric study
