Science Slam in Straubing (Rittersaal), 23.03.2020

Science at 10-minute intervals

What happens in the laboratories of the university town? Researchers from Straubing and those who want to become researchers present scientific topics relevant to Straubing in 10-minute lectures. Science comes on stage, whereby it is usually more about the entertaining presentation of the topic than about its scientific value.
Almost all aids are permitted. Nevertheless, it is not the biggest spectacle that wins, but rather the most vivid presentation of a complex topic.
But decide for yourself, because you, the audience, decide the winner of the evening.
Presented by Philipp Schrögel

The lecturers

In the Rittersaal (Knight's Hall) of the Herzogschloss (Ducal Castle), the audience favourites from two previous events will compete for the final. These are on the one hand students from Straubing schools, on the other hand students and scientists from the TUM Campus Straubing, as well as the Technology and Support Centre and C.A.R.M.E.N.
