Last month, Carina had the special opportunity to present her research at three prestigious conferences. The first was the participation of our entire research group at this year's GCSB conference, where exciting advancements in systems biology were discussed.

Immediately afterwards, Carina travelled to Shanghai, China, to present her work at the 15th Globe Industrial Microbiology Congress & Metabolic Engineering Summit 2024. In an impressive flashtalk, she presented her research findings to an audience of top international researchers in the field of industrial microbiology and metabolic engineering.

Carina also participated together with Maren in the Pseudomonas Grassroots Meeting 4, which took place in Leipzig this year. There, she presented her work in the form of a poster and exchanged ideas with leading researchers from the Pseudomonas community. Having organised the meeting herself last year, Carina enjoyed being a participant this time, meeting many familiar faces from last year and also making new contacts.
